Rangers managed a 4-3 win over Witheridge last night thanks to a hat trick from Dan Horler and a goal from Jamie Cottrell.
Unfortunately the game came to a premature end as Witheridge player Lewis Hutton suffered a serious leg injury and had to be stretchered off to hospital. Everyone at Cullompton send their best wishes to Lewis and hope that he makes a speedy recovery.
Rangers had to move quickly to arrange another friendly after Stoke Gabriel pulled out if Saturday’s fixture tonight. With Witheridge suffering the same problem when their opponents pulled out it was hastily agreed that the two teams would face each other again on Saturday.
