A wonder strike from veteran Jamie Cottrell mid way through the second half was enough to secure three valuable points against a very good Axmouth side who will think that their first half performance would have merited taking something from the game.

Following a referee's inspection at 11.30 our trip to Camelford was called off putting us even further behind with our fixtures. The Reserves game at home to Axmouth does however go ahead.

The Under 18's moved to the top of the table after their comfortable 4-0 victory over Yate Town. Billy Greene followed up his goal for the first team with two, James Davis and an own goal were the other scorers

Our Under 18's are due to play Yate Town at home tonight ko 7.30pm. The game is expected to go ahead despite the pitch being very heavy. An announcement will be posted on the website at midday should there be any problems.
