Another three points in the bag were greeted with Hedley’s response “Unfortunately we did not take our Plymouth Argyle performance into this game and we were very sloppy in the first period. We got a penalty after 15 minutes which Bailo despatched and I thought we would go on to win against a team which has been struggling of late but it was’nt to be and then, not for the first time this season we gifted an equaliser. They the made it very difficult for us as they sat back determined to hang on to a point but despite dominating the game in the second half the equaliser did not look as if it was going to come but then we had a slice of luck as Langers shot was deflected into the net and from then on we never looked back and but for the heroics of their keeper the win could have been even more emphatic. I was really pleased with the three points but it’s Sod’s Law that we are without a game this Saturday despite being well behind some teams in the number of games played. The lads are in confident mode but noe we’ve got a break until next Tuesday when we take on Torpoint. We will have a light training session on Tuesday and then the player’s can recharge their batteries.”
