Rangers went down last night to a youthful Argyle side. Having fought back to equalise through a trademark Alex Greening free kick Rangers were punished by two goals in the middle of the second half the first of which was a clear handball and the second a comedy of errors by the home defence.
Manager Hedley Steele was disappointed with the first half display “We just did not turn up for the first period although we still managed to create three excellent chances which were saved by the impressive visiting keeper. After we equalised I thought we would go on to win the game but it was not to be.”
