Everyone at Cullompton Rangers wishes Luke Horne all the very best with his recovery after he suffered a terrible injury in a 50/50 challenge during last nights friendly. Matt Scott spoke with Luke today and he is now at home recovering after what has been confirmed as a broken and dislocated ankle.
Massive thanks to Matt Thresher from Tiverton Town for his help in dealing with the incident and to Dean Croft for getting Luke to the hospital quicker than waiting for an ambulance. Also many thanks to everyone that assisted in what was a very nasty situation for Luke.
The match ended in an 8-0 win for a very strong Tiverton Town side. Thank you to them for the match and we wish them all the best for the season ahead.
